Located on Praslin, the second largest island in the Seychelles, Villas Coco Beach offers two beautifully furnished self- catering holiday homes for your perfect holiday in paradise.
Built in 2018, our two bedroom self-catering villas sleep up to 4 people each. The villas offer generous indoor and outdoor living spaces and provide the independent traveller a comfortable home away from home.
Situated at Anse Kerlan in a tropical garden with direct access to the beach, Villas Coco Beach is the perfect place to relax when not out exploring the wonders and beauty of Praslin Island.
Ground Floor
Large decked terrace: sitting & dining furniture, with access to living room and ground-floor bedroom.
Bedroom: Queen Size (152cm x 200 cm) bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside units, en-suite shower, wash-basin unit & toilet.
Open plan lounge: Fully furnished with sitting and dining furniture, Cable TV, DVD player and telephone.
Laundry area: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Back door leading to garden rotary clothes dryer and barbeque area.
A well equipped kitchen: Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and all crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans & cooking utensils.
Upper Floor
An open plan wood staircase leads from the sitting room up to the upper floor bedroom/bathroom facilities.
Bedroom: Queen Size (152cm x 200 cm) bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside units, open plan shower and wash-basin unit. Door to toilet.

Villas Coco Beach is situated at Anse Kerlan on the North West coast of Praslin island, the second largest island of the Seychelles. Praslin is home to the UNESCO heritage site, the Vallee de Mai, within 7 km.

Arriving from Mahé
Fly: 15 minute flight via Air Seychelles domestic airline from Mahé International airport to Praslin airport 3 km from the property. Book online at www.airseychelles.com
Ferry: 1 hour boat transfer with Cat Cocos ferries from Victoria jetty to Praslin's Baie Ste. Anne Jetty, 14 km from the property. Book online at www.catcocos.com
Taxi, car-hire and buses are available from the airport or jetty to Villas Coco Beach.

Rates & Policies – applicable to bookings to end March 2021
Villas Coco Beach is registered
to accommodate guests from Categories 1 & 2 in the list of countries permitted
for entry into the Seychelles. All visitors are advised to visit the websites for
Seychelles Travel and the Seychelles Ministry of Tourism for all updated information
pertaining to entry to the Seychelles from their country of origin.
Rates
Our rates are Euros 200 for 2 persons and Euros 350 for 3 / 4 persons occupying
one 2 bedroom villa per night.
Each villa has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons including children.
Villas Coco Beach accepts children of 12 years and over only.
Cancellation
Free cancellation until 7 days before arrival after which a non -refundable 10% deposit
will be charged to a credit card. If the client cancels within the 7 days prior to arrival,
the amount charged can be applied to a new reservation made within the following 6 months.
Occupancy:
Each villa has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests including any children over 12 years of age.
Please note that we are unable to accept children under the age of 12 years.
